A meta-analysis was recently published in Journal of Applied Psychology… the conclusion is short and sweet, basically saying that the Honesty Humility dimension of the HEXACO model does not offer any incremental validity for predicting Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) or Job Performance… only for Counterproductive work behavior, which is also associated with the Dark Triad.

In practice, this is a null finding, though both very interesting and valuable; it should stop others from following up on that measure.
